Chasm Gaming is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers at checkout. However, if we can correct the address before it is shipped we will make every effort. Contact us immediately. 

NOTE: Transit times quoted below are estimates. Transit times may be adversely affected by factors such as weather. Chasm is not responsible for delayed shipments.

Please note: USPS Media Mail and Priority Mail can be slow, depending on the season.  If games are needed by a deadline, please select UPS Ground.  

Free Shipping – 7–10 business days (trackable, not insured)

Priority Mail – 3–5 business days (trackable, not insured)

UPS Ground – 3–5 business days (trackable, insured)

UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day (trackable, insured)

International shipping rates can be high, but we may be able to provide lower rates.  Please email orders@chasmgaming.com for a quote.
